Project details

Camron organised a press preview for Finnish homeware brand Iittala in their recently- opened, and first UK store, on Regent Street. Over 45 editors enjoyed a Scandinavian-inspired breakfast and were joined by the CEO of Iittala and were able to meet some of the brands designers including Klaus Haapaniemi, Giorgio Vigna, Alfredo Häberli and Aleksi Perälä. The atmosphere was vibrant and the breakfast gave everyone the opportunity to chat individually with the designers and Iittala representatives about the brand’s philosophy and gain a better insight into a company that is one of the leading forces in Finnish design. The new store in London offers the full Iittala product range including cookware, dinner sets and decorative items for the home. Iittala stands for ‘Lasting Everyday Design Against Throwawayism’. In an increasingly disposable world, Iittala believes that everyone has the right to expect design to last a lifetime.
