To complement the Crystal Palace exhibition held each year in Milan, Swarovski showcased their “couture” chandeliers to the international art community attending Art Basel Miami. Featured designers included Hariri & Hariri, Yves Behar, Natasha Zupan, Alex de Betak, DB Kim, Jorge Pardo, Lenny Kravitz, Ross Lovegrove, Basso & Brooke, Naota Fukusawa, Ineke Hans, Hussein Chalayan and Barber Osgerby. Over 800 guests attended the glittering opening party on December 5 including Zaha Hadid, Murray Moss, Julia Peyton Jones and Princess Thi Nja of Vietnam. DJ Donna D’Cruz dazzled party goers in a custom Swarovski crystal-encrusted corset, bespoke hat by Phillip Treacy and matching headphones.
