We stopped by the National Geographic Store’s grand opening today to check it out. From the brilliantly curated photography show in the Main Gallery to the endless stacks of travel and photography books lining the shelves, there’s a lot to love here. Staff are on hand dressed in head-to-toe khaki to direct shoppers around three floors, including outdoor clothing, culturally-inspired homeware, and even National Geographic’s own travel agency desk, NG Journeys. Our favourite bit? The cafe selling ethically-produced and fairly-traded snacks and coffee from every corner of the globe, check it out next time you are in Regent Street.
