The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion Commission has been of interest to us at Camron for many years now. This ongoing programme was set up by Julia Peyton Jones in 2000 to debut internationally acclaimed architects in London’s own Kensington Garden lawns. This year we have gone along for a sneak preview of the outstanding works of architect Frank Gehry set to open to the public on the 20th July. The vast, man-made structure, visible through the treetops to us as we emerged from the Tube is truly exceptional. Its multi dimensional layering of materials and angular perspectives creates a sense of the impending man-made world within the natural landscape of the park
