KANYON ISTANBUL

Set to open in June 2006, Kanyon is a mixed-use project being built by the Turkish multinational Eczacibasi in downtown Istanbul that brings together 179 residential apartments, a 26 story office block and 37,500 square meters of retail space. Designed by the Jerde Partnership, the architects behind Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, Kanyon is a world class development that will create a new destination neighbourhood and shapes the face of modern Istanbul. Kanyon will be home to not only a new Harvey Nichols store but also the first outpost of celebrated London restaurant Hakkasan ( both opening September).
